East Suffolk Council has worked closely with Green Gnomes throughout the delivery of our Warm Homes Wave 3 programme, and their contribution has been instrumental to the project's success.

From the outset, Green Gnomes demonstrated exceptional professionalism, technical expertise, and a clear understanding of PAS 2035 requirements and whole-house retrofit principles. Their retrofit assessments have consistently been of a high standard, providing robust and accurate information that has enabled informed decision-making and supported the successful progression of measures across the programme.

Their determination to achieve success, coupled with their strong technical knowledge and excellent communication, has made them a trusted delivery partner supporting with their key role but also supplementary tasks as they arise, sometimes challenging.

They have fostered a positive and collaborative team culture, building strong relationships with both Council officers and other project stakeholders with their willingness to support colleagues, share knowledge, and work collaboratively has contributed significantly to the success of the overall programme and reflects highly upon their organisational general well being.
