Green Gnomes was appointed by Ashfield District Council to support their retrofit programme. We delivered a full end-to-end service, including Retrofit Assessment, Retrofit Design, Retrofit Coordination, and Evaluation across a number of properties.
Our involvement ensured that all works were carried out in line with PAS2035 standards. We worked closely with the council to provide clear communication, reliable reporting, and professional project management throughout the process.
Our Approach
We began by carrying out detailed retrofit assessments to understand the condition of each property and identify the most suitable improvement measures. From there, we developed tailored retrofit designs that met both technical requirements and the council’s project goals.
We then managed the coordination of works on site and carried out evaluations once the improvements were complete. This integrated approach allowed us to maintain quality control and ensure the council received consistent, compliant results from start to finish.
